MY JOURNEY INTO PERSONAL TRAINING
WHY I STUDIED TO BECOME A PT
I joined the fitness industry in 2012 to help others as my PT helped me lose lots of weight. A few years later I sustained a minor back injury so I retrained and started teaching adults how to become Personal Trainers with several companies including PT Academy and YMCA.
I have studied hard and achieved a GP referral qualification along with an Intrinsic Biomechanics and Nutrition coach on top of the Personal Training and exercise to music certificates. I am now able to pass the knowledge to my clients.
Today, I can help my clients in finding the motivation they need and guide them in exercising safely at home or in the gym.
HOW I CAN HELP YOU
I can help clients with different goals, from losing weight to toning up.
My qualifications enable me to help clients with medical conditions and injuries, working alongside GPs, Osteos and Physios in assisting with exercises to help you move better, be fitter and feel healthier.
I can provide you with the motivation and knowledge you need to achieve your fitness goals, keeping them realistic and achievable.
